Nothing is more convincing than qualifications. In our in-house training center our support staff will be qualified on a technical level as well as in dealing with our customers. Of course our support teams command all standard ticket systems and, according to the relevant level, are in good command of administrator’s knowledge with respect to networks, if relevant even with certification of the producer thereof.
