Lutz & Grub AG runs a remote service center at the headquarters in Karlsruhe. Based on existing service level agreements we will answer all upcoming questions. These services include the 1st and 2nd level support also.
At the Remote IT Service Center you will be charged per ticket only.
Your benefit: the services are only billed after providing our service. A monthly basic price already includes first tickets; the rest will be billed according to the number of tickets. This offer is particularly suitable for companies whose ticket revenue is moderate or those who didn’t want to set up a service desk in their enterprise.
